ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS FOR VISITORS

Visitors who want to attend the event with their own aircraft and do not perfom in the program shall enter the requested information into the application form at the bottom of this page, to be included in the list of visiting airplanes. Application deadline is 30.5.2012 at 20:00 UTC. Pilots of airplanes included in the list of visiting airplanes will be entitled to arrive and depart without flight plan except on flights outside FIR Praha. All other requirements stated in the AIP AD2-LKPD must be satisfied. Airplanes not included in the list of visiting airplanes will not be allowed to use Pardubice Airport in the period of  2nd and 3rd June 2012 except on emergency. The organiser reserves the privilege to terminate applications before the deadline if maximum parking capacity is reached. Visiting airplanes are not charged with landing fees on 2nd and 3rd June 2012.
